For your first visit you will need an updated ID and a lease, utility bill or a piece of mail to verify your address. You are required to fill out an intake form giving information on your household members, income, and rent. You will be given an income verification form which explains what you must bring back on your second visit so that we can verify your income. You will then be allowed to shop with a volunteer for your first visit.
For your second visit, you will need to return the required income forms which will be verified by our client intake specialist, and once approved, you will be allowed to shop every 30 days.
DAILY HOT MEALS
We allow clients to come in for a hot meal, twice a day. You choose a Cultivate meal, or cup of noodles, give it to our volunteer in the café and they heat and serve your meal for you. We have hot chocolate, coffee, tea, water, and other beverages to offer along with snacks. We do ask that you show an ID and check in with our client intake specialist. Residency is not a requirement for a hot meal.
DAILY SHOWERS
We have showers available for men and women. You can take a shower once a day.
We supply the toiletries and towels. We do ask that you show an ID and check in with our client intake specialist. Residency is not a requirement for a shower.
